I don’t know what came over me, but I finally picked up the DVDs for one of my all-time favorite shows yesterday. Maybe it’s the fact that summer’s coming, and when that happens I long for the days of my youth, when summer meant long days and nights playing in the sun. Oh how I miss it.

I only picked up seasons 1 & 2 of The Adventures of Pete & Pete because sadly, the great season 3—which featured Adam West as the principal, Pit Stain, a great showdown with Endless Mike, and so much more—is not available on DVD. So annoying. One day Nickelodeon/et al will come to their senses.
